At JCF, Donna brings over 25 years of senior nonprofit financial management experience with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, financial analysis, and change management. She’s a CPA in Arizona and Illinois, having earned an MBA in finance from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota (cum laude). Donna oversees all financial, human resource, and database management operations for the Jewish Community Foundation. Her specific responsibilities include budgeting and financial reporting, grants disbursements, accounts payable, payroll and benefits, information technology, and regulatory compliance.
Donna grew up in Chicago. Before moving to Phoenix in 2004, she served as CFO for several Chicago-area nonprofit organizations. In Phoenix, she served as Director of Finance for Habitat for Humanity of Central Arizona and later as CFO of the Gainey Ranch Community Association. At JCF, she enjoys working with other staff members and clients while learning about the Jewish community. Outside of work, she likes to sing and appreciates classical music, serving as Treasurer of the Arizona Bach Festival.
