As a financial advisor, I am aware of the many vehicles available for endowments. I found the one which best fit my needs and financial position. As a long time member of the board of the Council for Jews with Special Needs, endowing my gift will allow me to continue supporting an endeavor that has meant so much to me during my lifetime. It in essence puts my money where my heart is.
Having no children to whom I would have instilled the importance of charitable giving, I can make sure my giving continues after I am no longer here to do so myself. Through this gift, all the recipients of support through the Council for Jews with Special Needs become my heirs.
Finally, as neither my brother nor I have children to pass on the Stutzer name, with this endowment a gift will be made each year in the name of our family. It will hopefully serve as a reminder of the Stutzer heritage for generations to come.
