There are times in a couple’s life when a common decision is made without discussion, because it is the right thing to do. Giving by volunteering and by donating money to those in need is part of our lives.
It’s our generation’s responsibility to lead by example, for our children to follow the tradition of Tzedaka. Helping others in need is an important part of Jewish culture, and without continuing this tradition we will fade into the masses. As with our forefathers, the ball is now in our court to make sure that doesn’t happen.
