The Jessica Biliack Grossman Memorial Fund was established to embody the compassionate spirit that Jessica embraced in her life, and to continue selflessly helping anyone needing assistance, as she always did.
In her short 29 years, Jessica’s unique and flamboyant personality left an indelible impression on her family and friends. Everyone she met seemed to gravitate to her. She had a special ability to communicate deep empathy and kindness towards people, even strangers.
Jessica was passionate about many things, especially issues concerning the abuse of women and children. She desired big, positive, world change, yet always believed that it must start small, one person at a time. This endowed fund will perpetuate the vision and purpose that defined Jessica.
