The Jewish Community Foundation presents the opportunity for us to continue to be of service to the Jewish population after we are gone. We are pleased to think that our volunteer activities of almost half a century have made a positive contribution to the growth and quality of our communal life.
We are proud that our sons and their wives continue to demonstrate their own commitment to the Jewish community and that they are educating our grandchildren in the precepts of Torah. Our grandchildren are fifth generation Arizonans and their own volunteer work has begun with the sale of holiday cards and cookies.
Sharlene’s grandfather was an officer of B’nai B’rith in Tucson almost one hundred years ago. That sense of obligation to the growth and strength of Jewish life is why we proudly inscribe our names.
